Instagram Labubu Giveaway Contest

Effective Date: August 30, 2025

The Ventete Labubu Giveaway Contest (the “Promotion”) is run by Ventete Limited (the “Promoter”), company number 09195223, with its registered and main trading office at Studio Unit 19, 86 Main Yard, Wallis Road, London, E9 5LN.

The Promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its group, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.

Promotional Period

Entries for the Promotion open at 12:00am BST on August 30, 2025 and close at 11:59pm BST on September 6, 2025.
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

Participants must:

  1. Like the giveaway post on VENTETE's official Instagram account.
  2. Follow the VENTETE Instagram account.
  3. Comment on the giveaway post (published on August 30, 2025) and tag at least one friend.
  • Each comment tagging a unique friend will count as a valid entry.
  • Participants may enter multiple times; more valid entries mean more chances to win.
  • Duplicate or spam entries will not be counted.

No purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.

Prize

  • The Winner will receive one (1) Loyalty Labubu and the Labubu ‘Fall in Wild’ Vinyl Plush Doll as advertised on the giveaway post (published on August 30, 2025).
  • The Winner will be selected at random and notified via Instagram Direct Message from the VENTETE Instagram account within 14 days of the Promotion closing date.
  • The Winner must respond within 3 days of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and another Winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other alternatives.
  • If the Winner cannot accept the prize, it will be forfeited, and no substitute will be provided.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

General Terms

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received due to any technical, network, hardware, or software issues.
  • Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted.
  • Automated, fraudulent, or dishonest entries (including the use of scripts, bots, or false identities) will result in disqualification.
  • If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control (including technical failures, tampering, or fraud), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion.
  • The Promoter may require participants to provide proof of identity and age before awarding the prize.

Liability

The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising out of or connected with the Promotion or the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including death, personal injury, or fraud). In such cases, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Data Protection

Personal data (Instagram account details and, if required, shipping information) will only be used for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By entering this Promotion, participants agree to:

  1. Be bound by these Terms & Conditions and VENTETE's Terms of Use.
  2. Release the Promoter from any liability connected with the Promotion or the prize, except where prohibited by law.
