Using the Ventete x miniFUMPA pump, the helmet takes approximately 30 seconds to inflate and approximately 30 seconds to deflate.

How do I inflate and deflate the helmet?

See our guide here.

How do I charge the Ventete x miniFUMPA pump?

A micro-USB cable is included with each aH-1 to recharge the pump.

How long does the Ventete x miniFUMPA pump stay charged?

A full charge of the Ventete x miniFumpa pump can inflate the aH-1 helmet 5 times.

Can I use other pumps to inflate the helmet?

The aH-1 can be inflated with the included Ventete x miniFumpa pump or a Presta-valve compatible hand pump, track pump, or other mechanical pump. C02 cartridges are not to be used under any circumstance and will void warranty.

Sizing & Fitting

I’m in between sizes, which size should I order?

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You’ll be able to tighten the helmet for a perfect fit using the retention strap system.

Where is your size guide?

Please refer to our size guide here.

What if my helmet doesn’t fit?

There’s a pre-paid shipping label in the UK, so you should return your first helmet and order a new one in the correct size.

For customers outside the UK, if you would like to get a new size following a return, we will cover the delivery cost for the replacement helmet. Simply reach out to help@ventete.com for a one-time code.

How should I fit and adjust the helmet?

See our size guide at the bottom of the page.

Helmet Care

What after-sales services do you offer?

Enjoy a complimentary, one-on-one video session with a Client Care expert after your purchase. During the call, we’ll walk you through how to inflate and deflate your helmet, use the pump, and ensure a perfect fit. Simply contact us at help@venete.com for more details.

How should I clean the helmet?

You can clean the helmet using warm soapy water with a damp cloth or soft-bristle brush. Rinse soap off and leave inflated to fully dry.

Do not contaminate the helmet with Deet-based insect repellents, sunscreens, chlorine, or salt water. If you accidentally do so, clean the helmet as soon as possible.

How should I store the helmet?

When storing the helmet for a prolonged period, deflate it fully and store within the included case, away from exposure to sun or heat. Never store the helmet wet.

What should I do if the helmet gets wet in the rain?

Shake the helmet dry before deflating and storing. Ideally, leave it inflated to dry before returning to its case.

When should I replace the helmet?

If any parts of the helmet (ribs, fabric body, straps, or buckles) are broken or show any sign of damage, do not use the helmet.

Replace the helmet if it sustains impact in an accident, even if no damage is visible. Due to natural degradation of materials and general wear, we recommend you replace your helmet after 3 years of use.
