Our standard delivery is done by Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days.

Rest of Europe & EFTA - €15.00

Delivery includes duties and taxes.

Delivery to Europe and EFTA will take between 4 & 10 working days. Orders are sent with Fedex. Once at the destination, the package will be handed over to a local carrier. All tracking information will be shared at the time of dispatch.

We accept returns for up to 30 calendar days from the day on which you receive your products. We will only accept unused ‘as-new’ products that are complete with all accessories (case and pump) and in the original packaging. 

We’re moving warehouse so it may take us a little longer than usual to process your refund. Please allow up to 14 working days from dropping off your returns parcel for it to be processed.

Please follow the relevant link below to make your return. We accept returns if it's in perfect condition, unworn, and with the tags still attached (when they apply). If you choose to use another shipping method, you will be responsible for related costs and we recommend you use a tracked shipping method and keep the details for your records.

Within the UK, you can register your return at the return portal here. Please keep a copy of your tracking number for your records. There will be an incurred £3 postage cost for your return which will be deducted from your refund.

Outside of the UK
Outside of the UK, you can register your return at the return portal here. Please keep a copy of your tracking number for your records. There will be an incurred €10/ your local currency equivalent postage cost for your return, which will be deducted from your refund.

You should expect a refund within 10-14 working days after we receive it back to the original payment method used to place your order.
