LIMITED HELMET WARRANTY

Before you use your VENTETE aH-1 helmet, please read the manual provided. The manual contains important safety information and additional information relating to the care, use, and storage of the product.

For a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase of this product, Ventete Limited (“VENTETE”) warrants to the original purchaser that the helmet is free from defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with VENTETE’s manual. This warranty is limited to the country where the product was delivered as requested by the purchaser. VENTETE’s Warranty does not pertain to the VENTETE x miniFumpa pump manufactured by Fumpa Pty Ltd. (“Fumpa Pumps”) purchased or otherwise supplied with the VENTETE helmet. Purchasers should refer to the separate pump warranty for warranty information in relation to the pump. The pump warranty can be accessed below or obtained by contacting VENTETE at the following mailing address:

To start the warranty process, if the original retailer was VENTETE (through www.ventete.com), you should email help@ventete.com with your original order number and details of the issue(s) you are experiencing with the helmet. If requested by VENTETE, and at its sole discretion, you will be required to return the product to VENTETE at VENTETE’s expense as part of the repair or replacement process. In the case the original retailer was an authorised VENTETE retailer besides www.ventete.com, take your product and dated proof of original purchase to your authorised VENTETE retailer indicating the reason(s) you are returning the products. The authorised VENTETE retailer will then inspect the product and evaluate your claim. In either case, if your product is found to be defective in accordance with the warranty above, VENTETE or the authorised VENTETE retailer will, at their sole option, repair or replace the product free of charge.

This warranty is void and does not apply to damage arising from:

abuse, neglect, crash, improper repair, improper maintenance, or use unintended by VENTETE;
heat or contact with solvents;
improper, unauthorised or other alteration unintended by VENTETE;
failure to use, maintain, clean or fit the product in accordance with the VENTETE manual or failure to use the product in conjunction with the VENTETE x miniFumpa pump or another product in the accordance with the manual or other instructions for that product;
or wear and tear.

This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as the purchaser of the product. Other than these statutory rights, this warranty and our Terms of Sale apply instead of all other agreements and warranties, general or special, express or implied. No representative or person is authorised to assume liability on behalf of Fumpa Pumps connection with the sale or use of the pump, alone or in conjunction with the VENTETE aH-1 helmet.

PROPOSED FUMPA PUMPS VENTETE x miniFUMPA WARRANTY

Before you use your VENTETE x miniFumpa pump, please read the manual provided. The manual contains important safety information and additional information relating to the care, use, and storage of the product.

2. LIMITED PUMP WARRANTY

For a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase of this product, Fumpa Pty Ltd (“Fumpa Pumps”) warrants to the original purchaser that the VENTETE x miniFumpa pump is free from defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with the included manual. This warranty is limited to the country where the product was delivered as requested by the purchaser. Fumpa Pump’s warranty does not pertain to the VENTETE aH-1 helmet manufactured by Ventete Limited (“VENTETE”) that has been purchased together with the VENTETE x miniFumpa pump. Purchasers should refer to the separate helmet warranty for further warranty information. The helmet warranty can be accessed at www.ventete.com/helmet-warranty or obtained by contacting VENTETE at the following mailing address:

If requested by VENTETE, and at its sole discretion, you will be required to return the product to VENTETE at VENTETE’s expense as part of the repair or replacement process. If the original retailer was an authorised VENTETE x miniFumpa retailer other than www.ventete.com, take your product and dated proof of original purchase to that retailer indicating the issue(s) you are experiencing with the pump. The authorised VENTETE x miniFumpa retailer will then inspect the product and evaluate your claim. In either case, if your product is found to be defective in accordance with the terms of the warranty above, VENTETE, the authorised VENTETE x miniFumpa retailer or Fumpa Pumps, will, at their sole option, repair or replace the product free of charge.

This warranty is void and does not apply to damage arising from:

improper, unauthorised or other alteration unintended by Fumpa Pumps;
abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, or use unintended by Fumpa Pumps;
failure to use or maintain product in accordance with the Fumpa Pumps manual or failure to use the product in conjunction with the VENTETE aH-1 helmet or another product in accordance with the manual or other instructions for that product; and
wear and tear.
