SHIPPING
We provide standard shipping to the UK address. Please note our delivery partners do not deliver on bank holidays.

STANDARD TRACKED DELIVERY

United Kingdom - £4.95

Our standard delivery is done by Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days.

RETURNS

We accept returns for up to 30 calendar days from the day on which you receive your products. We will only accept unused ‘as-new’ products that are complete with all accessories (case and pump) and in the original packaging. 

We’re moving our warehouse, it may take us a little longer than usual to process your refund. Please allow up to 14 working days from dropping off your returns parcel for it to be processed.

Please follow the relevant link below to make your return. We accept returns if it's in perfect condition, unworn, and with the tags still attached (when they apply). For more information please see below. If you choose to use another shipping method, you will be responsible for related costs and we recommend you use a tracked shipping method and keep the details for your records. 

RETURN PORTAL

United Kingdom
Within the UK, you can register your return at the return portal here. Please keep a copy of your tracking number for your records. There will be an incurred £3 postage cost for your return which will be deducted from your refund.

Outside of the UK
For returns outside the UK, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping the details for your records.
