We provide standard shipping to the UK, EU, EFTA, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Next-day shipping is available to UK based customers only.
Please note, our delivery partners do not deliver on bank holidays.
CLICK & COLLECT - FREE (London)
Collect your parcel from our Headquarters in London on any day of the week between 10am and 6pm. When your items are ready for collection, the team will send you an email confirming they are available. This usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - £8.95 (Exc. Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Highlands)
Place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we’ll deliver it the next working day, excluding bank holidays.
You will receive a text with your one hour timeslot from DPD on the day of delivery.
Orders placed from noon on Friday and during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

STANDARD TRACKED DELIVERY
United Kingdom - £4.95
Our standard delivery is done by Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days.
Rest of Europe & EFTA - €25.00
Delivery includes duties and taxes.
Delivery to Europe and EFTA will take between 4 & 10 working days. Orders are sent with Fedex. Once at the destination, the package will be handed over to a local carrier. All tracking information will be shared at the time of dispatch.
Hong Kong - $200.00 HKD
Singapore - $35.00 SGD

RETURNS
We accept returns for up to 30 calendar days from the day on which you receive your products. We will only accept unused ‘as-new’ products that are complete with all accessories (case and pump) and in the original packaging.
We’re moving warehouse so it may take us a little longer than usual to process your refund. Please allow up to 14 working days from dropping off your returns parcel for it to be processed.
Please follow the relevant link below to make your return. We accept returns if it's in perfect condition, unworn, and with the tags still attached (when they apply). If you choose to use another shipping method, you will be responsible for related costs and we recommend you use a tracked shipping method and keep the details for your records.
