Before you use your VENTETE aH-1 helmet, please read the manual provided. The manual contains important safety information and additional information relating to the care, use, and storage of the product.
For a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase of this product, Ventete Limited (“VENTETE”) warrants to the original purchaser that the helmet is free from defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with VENTETE’s manual. This warranty is limited to the country where the product was delivered as requested by the purchaser. VENTETE’s Warranty does not pertain to the VENTETE x miniFumpa pump manufactured by Fumpa Pty Ltd. (“Fumpa Pumps”) purchased or otherwise supplied with the VENTETE helmet. Purchasers should refer to the separate pump warranty for warranty information in relation to the pump. The pump warranty can be accessed at ventete.com/pump-warranty or obtained by contacting VENTETE at the following mailing address:

To start the warranty process, if the original retailer was VENTETE (through www.ventete.com), you should email help@ventete.com with your original order number and details of the issue(s) you are experiencing with the helmet. If requested by VENTETE, and at its sole discretion, you will be required to return the product to VENTETE at VENTETE’s expense as part of the repair or replacement process. In the case the original retailer was an authorised VENTETE retailer besides www.ventete.com, take your product and dated proof of original purchase to your authorised VENTETE retailer indicating the reason(s) you are returning the products. The authorised VENTETE retailer will then inspect the product and evaluate your claim. In either case, if your product is found to be defective in accordance with the warranty above, VENTETE or the authorised VENTETE retailer will, at their sole option, repair or replace the product free of charge.

This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as the purchaser of the product. Other than these statutory rights, this warranty and our Terms of Sale apply instead of all other agreements and warranties, general or special, express or implied. No representative or person is authorised to assume liability on behalf of Fumpa Pumps connection with the sale or use of the pump, alone or in conjunction with the VENTETE aH-1 helmet.

WARRANTY NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY
California residents may initiate Warranty service by calling VENTETE toll free at [ADD TOLL FREE NUMBER], California law also provides that for any Warranty service for the VENTETE x miniFumpa pump a VENTETE product, California residents have the option of returning the VENTETE x miniFumpa product (a) to the retailer from which it was originally purchased or (b) to another retailer that sells the same VENTETE x miniFumpa product, among other rights and consumer protections. California residents need only supply their Proof of Purchase in each case above, or to contact VENTETE for Warranty service (the consumer should call VENTETE for specific instructions on the above toll free number). Fumpa Pumps, represented by VENTETE, will only be responsible for the cost of repair, replacement or reimbursement and shipping and handling for such VENTETE x miniFumpa product under its Warranty. A retail store to which a California resident returns a VENTETE x miniFumpa product for Warranty service may refer the consumer to a VENTETE Fumpa Pumps Authorized Servicer, replace the product, or refund the purchase price less the amount directly attributable to the consumer’s usage of the product. If the above options do not result in the appropriate remedy to the consumer, the consumer may then take the VENTETE x miniFumpa product to an independent repair facility if service or repair can be economically accomplished. Fumpa Pumps, and not the consumer, will be responsible for the reasonable cost of such service, repair, replacement or reimbursement during the Warranty Period for the VENTETE x miniFumpa product if such VENTETE x miniFumpa product is found to be defective in accordance with the terms of the Fumpa Pumps Warranty.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
FUMPA PUMPS’ RESPONSIBILITY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DETERMINED BY FUMPA PUMPS IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state in the United States.
LIMITATIONS ON REMEDIES, EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE PRODUCT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DETERMINED BY FUMPA PUMPS IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. FUMPA PUMPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state in the United States.
